Congrats on your weight loss..you are doing great!! Regards to the food..my hubby usually eats the same as me, but he has his own extras mainly cos he doesn’t like veg. So if he want fries or something like that he has them, but I don’t. He usually has double the quantity that I do as well, which satifies him. He wasn’t overweight, but eating my food has seen a loss of 20lbs so I need to bulk him up a bit hehe.

Also, I do baked salmon and brown rice. The brown rice practically cooks itself so it’s easy. My husband doesn’t like the rice so I just do a side salad for him which is easy to throw together and maybe a baked potato which cooks itself as well. He loads his potato up and uses plenty of dressing on his salad so he doesn’t consider it diet food. Don’t be afraid to try frozen side dishes. They don’t taste as bad as you might think and this way he’ll be happy and you will too since it’s easier.

Hooray for you! I can’t wait to get to the 200 mark. As for the cooking, I usually make the same entre for my husband and I but I just make my sides a bit differently. I put dressing on his salad and none on mine. If I do mashed potatoes I take some out for myself before adding butter. Sometimes I just skip the sides and just do some sliced avacado as my side or the bird’s eye california blend which is frozen and easy to boil or heat in microwave.

With your excercise equipment right in your home, you could watch your soaps or something you really like…it’ll take your mind off your pain. LOL I think I’ll have my husband do a video on how to use our camera, which is exactly like yours so that you can see how to do it.
