Why do so many persist in confusing exercises that may be performed by yogis, with “y” itself; since neither is dependent on the other ?
Practicing snooker in a local hall does not make you a snooker player; “y” is a discipline that is far easier than any of the exercises since it requires no effort.
Publicising difficult exercises in the name of “y” hardly recommends the latter; particularly if there is a price tag attached, that in itself declaring its own insincerity.
ur kidneys will pop out if u do it faster :))
baba ramdev says u may do it in at medium speed.
Metta meditation is a very gr8 thing. means unconditional loving kindness..best thing to get rid of anger jelousy and to get a very good sleep without bad dreams :)) as in mettanisamsa sutta
i u have asthama…. do only “anulom vilom” and not “kapalbhati”. while doing anulom vilom pranayam make sure u do it really gently concentrating on ur breath. it can cure cancer. asthama is not a big deal.u can also do all the braething exercises of yoga tht involves no force.
4) Pranayama should be done with positive thoughts in mind, so you should think about what you want to achieve – getting rid of a disease.
5) bahya and agnisar kriya should be done after kapabhati to gain complete benefit from kapalbhati.
And you should also point to the viewer that these should be done from 5-7 am in the morning and it should be done continously for 5 minutes atleast, and ofcourse each exercise should be done for about 15 minutes.
Hi Kiran thanks for uploading your videos, I would like to point out a couple of things –
1) kapalbhati pranayam should be done for 15 mins, that is approximately 15×60 = 900 times.
2) kapalbhati should be done with more force and speed than you’ve demonstrated here.
3) anulom vilom should also be done for 15 minutes, with the emphasis on deep breathing.
