@losinmymind911 I went from the SAD directly over to raw and it was the best choice I’ve ever made for myself. My boyfriend and I both feel amazing every single day plus I’ve lost over 60lbs in 5 months!!!!! GO RAW!

This DVD sums up all that is wrong with the health food, raw food and vegan movement. Instead of focusing on scientific facts and pushing their point with celebrities and first hand accounts they undermine everything by featuring pseudo religious quackers from the New thought movement and people that basicly just try to push their products. I love vegan food, even raw food, but enough with that spiritual mambo jambo and people trying to sell magic berry juices for 50+ bucks a bottle already!

I agree with you, for sure. People think “Agh, raw organic food is so expensive!” But the thing is, you need very little raw food to flourish, compared to a large quantity of dead, lifeless cooked food. I have saved money eating this way myself 🙂

For those that are worried about budget and fancy equipment, please check out Jennifer Cornbleet’s book and DVD Raw Food Made Easy. All you need is a blender and a food processor. A juicer is nice, but optional. I highly recommend it.

The problem is that people compare their current food budget with the prices of raw organic food and they are right, that would be a lot more per month. What they forget is that they won’t be eating all of that bullshit when they are doing organic raw! I save so much fucking money on food now it’s insane!

Why is everyone talking about how “expensive” raw food is? I don’t get it. Today I’ve eaten a banana, an apple, some blueberries and raspberries in a smoothie. For dinner, I had an avocado and bell pepper mixture. It’s actually inexpensive to eat this way. I’m 6’1″ and 180lbs, and I run 2 miles every night. My energy is great. Some people say “how can you eat like that?” and I say…who’s in control of what you put in your mouth? It’s easy, the most elementary thing I know of 🙂

A VitalityMassage. When you have witnessed diseases like terminal cancer, written off by the medical establishment as hopeless, reverse itself on an organic raw food diet and lifestyle change, you come from a different perspective, as to whether or not raw food is just a swing of the pendulum, or it is a truth.
It took me over thirty years of witness, investigation, experimentation to be able to see it as a truth.

The elements in organic foods, particularly plants, that are essential are sulfur and chorophyll if you’re unwilling or unable to accomodate a raw food diet.

Wow! I really want to start eating raw, but my problem is MONEY! It is more expensive to buy organic and the equipment needed to prepare the foods almost requires a second mortgage! But I would rather pay the extra money now to feel wonderful rather than pay my doctor later and worry about “the side effects” of all the costly medications given for sickness and disease! I think that CHANGE is one of the hardest things for us as humans to accomplish!

  11. VitalityMassage

One of the reasons that humans are more advanced is that they have a higher intelligence. A long time ago they created fire. With fire they cooked. The problem is that they cooked the food too much and too often. That created imballance and then the humans swung back the other way……….raw foodists! lol. So now we have junk food eaters on one end of the spectrum and raw foodists on the other end! lolololo It’s like bell bottoms in the 1970s and straight leg jeans in the 1990s!

my personal growth is always increasing. with the raw food diet behind me anything is possible. I know have been gathering my own drinking water at nearby springs now for 10 days. I am always finding new ways to improve. My personal vibrations have been increasing and increasing. Everyday i am happier and happier. It is impossible to explain… you just have to experience it!

I was born and raised a vegetarian for 15 years, but i gave it all up and picked up an “average american” diet for about 2 years. After constantly being sick and tired. I switched back to being a vegetarian for a few months and then decided it was time to push myself to the next level by eating raw food. Becoming a raw foodist was the best decision i have made in my entire life!!! it can be yours too…. you just have to try it!!! =)

calories should not even be discussed with diet in general. A calorie has nothing to do with being healthy. If you eat organic highly mineral concentrated foods, you will be healthier than everyone you know. You see, its not about calories, protein, fat, or sugars. ITS ABOUT MINERALS! i am 17 and am 100% RAW. Anyone can do it!! and you will live better quality life and will live at LEAST 30 more years (not to mention disease free). Join the revolution, because it is coming fast. Comment back 🙂

You can eat as much as you want. Stuff yourself. im over weight. I ate SO MUCH when i went 100% raw and i lost 5 pounds a week. Not to mention i felt amazing. I was pumped full of energy & found my body only needed 4 hours of sleep a night! my chronic depression also DISAPPEARED! mind you, all in 2 weeks. temptation got the best of me though im back to were i was. but im doing a special fast of mine right now hopfully to launch me back into raw foods full force.

Ok, thanks for putting it into perspective for me…One thing about meat that has always turned me off is that one has to be so careful with raw meat, esp chicken and fish…With fruit, it’s ready to eat as is…I love eating fruits and veggies far more than I like eating meat now…How do you feel about eggs?

  17. IndigoSoulmate

I’m not religious, but I read the bible in an analytical way, like I do with every piece of information. At first: God said, “I have given you every plant with seeds on the face of the earth and every tree that has fruit with seeds. This will be your food.” Genesis 1:29 It does not say that you’re supposed to eat meat.
Second: The old testament is a short version of the Sumerian writings. They experienced the genesis themself. When you read the original, then you know what religion is about.

Yea, but the bible says that God put the animals here for man to eat…Also, since cows eat grass and we eat cows, doesn’t that make eating meat, organic meat that is, nutritious to eat?…I love raw food and my diet is moving more and more towards raw but, at the same time, I still enjoy a good roast chicken and a nice fillet of salmon, etc., that’s cooked in a healthy way…My point is that instead of going to the extreme of being totally raw, we should have a good balance.

I think their purpose is to live, learn, grow, love, be free. Just the same as ours. Every single species is important for the balance on our earth. If there were no fish all of a sudden, it would have a huge effect on every lifeform, the system would collapse.
Us humans are just as important as any other species, we should share the planet and have respect.Through killing and eating animals we not only harm them but also ourselves. The effects of a raw vegan diet show what our true nature is.
