the only problem with your videos is that since I work from home; I seem to be spending far more time watching Yoga than I am working! I am sure it will all balance out in the end. Thanks for all you do.
I’ve been watching other yoga vidoes from you, I think you are a an excellent teacher, better than my teachers at my yoga studio! I think you teach in NY right? I would like to see if you have any vidoes on toning inner thigh & the stomach. Thanks!
Exactly. I would add it into a regular practice, after doing some handstands or other full inversions at the wall. It’s a great all-over stretch and strengthener, and it really opens up the legs and shoulders.
Hi there,
I don’t, but I will definitely research this and add it to my video list! Watch for it coming soon.

Great! Let me know how it goes. The more you commit to it, the more changes you’ll make. Go for it!

Heheh…luckily my work IS yoga, or I would be saying the same;)

Any standing poses with long holds, then some floor stretches like Pigeon 2 minute holds on each side will do wonders for your runner’s body.

What a nice sequence. May add a portion of it into my routine or maybe just use it as a separate mini practice. Take care:)
