This video is in slow motion as it is teaching the steps. The equivalent of this video in demonstration mode at normal speed can be viewed under the title “Tai Chi 42 Forms Part 2 – Demo”.
This is so beautiful and soothing to watch. I wonder if the video is being played in slow motion or actual speed. Her movements look like water gently flowing through a channel.
