My fiance had an accident in 05 that broke both legs, hips, pelvis and lower back..she isn’t paralyzed but still needs a lot of surgery before she will walk. She has battled weight her entire life but now from the chair shes just determined to lose it.. we watch all your videos. Your spirit and upbeat ways help motivate us both and have turned a few dark days around.wanted to say thank you.
lol. yeah I should have thrown it away but it seems so wrong to waste money like that but I end up throwing that stuff away. lol and my one or two good tricks. lol gotta fix that. thanks for watching

so many times I have good intentions & buy healthy foods, especially salad but end up throwing stuff away. so I’d jrather eat out. (just a lame excuse I know lol). I’m glad you get and appreciate my sexual sense of humor. I know it may offend some Christians (especially since I’m a Pastor’s wife) but I think so many people think saved is synonymous with unsexy or non sexual. not so 🙂 thank you
maybe I should use your freezer as an extra one seeing how empty it is. Lol @ “one or two good moves” aint no shame in your game sometimes it’s all you need. Keep up the good work and I have noticed the change thus far.
i thought i was the only one who would buy bags of salad and it ends of going bad!!….lol….that mandarian orange dressing sounds delicious….i must try it!!….i love your sexual sense of humor…..lol….very tasteful….and i’m so feeling you on that…..thanks for the encouragement its very much needed….
