    T. Colin Campbell is a LIAR

    Verify this for yourself:

READ THE REAL CHINA STUDY not his book

Campbell’s book malkes cliams NOT found in the real actual China Study

COLPO HAS ARTICLES ON THE CHINA STUDY

    STOP FOLLOWING THESE VEGAN FRAUDS

Ancel Keys was a liar and a fraud. Look into this. There is NO SCIENTIFIC BASIS to a low saturated fat diet.

Look into ANTHONY COLPO. You see, the DIFFERENCE is COLPO cites primary research.

PLEASE PEOPLE LOOK INTO ANTHONY COLPO

Douglas GRaham should have his face SHITTED on for lying like he does.

Thanks for the Video and bravo if this diet works for you. I tried a diet similar to this, low fat, lots of fruits and veggies, lots of carbs. I did very poorly on the high carb/low fat diet I was following. Some of the problems I had were, falling asleep or getting very drowsy after meals, extreme hunger, peeling/painful skin, very irritable, extreme-extreme cravings for FAT, depression……just to name a few. I do high fat and no/low carb, this is the best diet for me- no depression is great!

You will feel better as you will get more nutrients (vitamins, minerals, etc). And you reduce the intake of empty calories, which are mostly sugars. Most people who get type II eat incredibly crappy diets.

    Insulin resistance:
No, this is not how insulin resistance works as we understand it today. The wikipedia article has good information on this subject.

    Conclusion:
I have no doubt that if you start eating more fruits, vegetables, reduce the intake of animal products and processed foods that you will feel better. And if done correctly will cure you from type II diabetes (if the damage done isn’t permanent).

    Insulin and fat:
The description of what fat is and what it does is crude but correct for the point he’s trying to make.
However how it reacts in the bloodstream is incorrect. Most fats form lipid droplets in your bloodstream and cannot interact with it directly. These can’t coat themselves around insulin or sugars (and neither can the other fats. I haven’t come across such processes in the medical literature).

If you want to learn more on this subject I would strongly recommend Why zebra’s don’t get ulcers by Robert M. Sapolsky. It goes into the details of how this system works and how all the processes influences the human body, and is very well written and very accessible.

    Adrenal glands:
A my friends the adrenal glands. Now here’s a subject I’m an expert on. He did get some of the basics of the Fight-or-flight response correct.
However he gets the biochemistry wrong. Adrenaline will trigger the body to release huge quantities of glucose to prepare the body for an emergency (and does a lot more). Insulin only plays a big role after the emergency when the wants to store the excess glucose again (it’s a lot more complex than I just described it).

  9. CollinMaessen

    Insulin:
In essence how he describes how insulin works correct (small part of the bigger picture but enough for the article). Although are cells that can absorbs glucose without the assistance of insulin (1/3 of your body).

What he’s referring to in that article is systemic candidiasis. When the yeast gets in the bloodstream (which is definitely not normal) and feeds of nutrients in the bloodstream. There has to be an existing infection in your body for this to happen, and when it reaches the bloodstream the patient is seriously ill (and in the IC).

  11. CollinMaessen

Ok, that article you gave took me a while to verify claims made in it. As there were no sources referenced, so I had to dig a lot.

    Candida:
this is a family of yeasts which can cause several infections. Most women will have heard of this little friend, as members of this family can cause vaginal yeast infections.
All the infections caused by this yeast come from a compromised immune system or accompanied with another pathogen (think bacteria, viruses, etc).

    @CollinMaessen
Thank you for your inquiry, Collin. I’ve posted a link in the information section, at the top right of this page, to an awesome article that explains this in far greater detail. Hope this is helpful.

I’m actually experimenting with my skin care routine right now. When I have to wear makeup, I wear mineral makeup only. When I find a routine that really works for me, I’ll do a video and share my results.

Many go without makeup and use only water to cleanse their skin. This is a great option because it’s so simple and a huge time and money saver!

Thank you so much for your wonderful comment. So happy you like the videos! :o)

What skincare and make up products are okay to use on a raw vegan diet? Can you do a video on that? 🙂

PS. I am so glad I found your videos, I love them!

On what do you base the claim that fats coat cels if you get to much fat and that they prevent the cell from getting oxygen?

The cellmembrame itself is a fat (with other structures in it for transporting nutrients and such).

And the only way I know of that fats can interfere with the cellmembrames is when they reach toxic levels. And they then get integrated in the cellmembrame causug problems (this cannot happen in healthy individuals, even if they eat to much fat).

I’m guessing it could depend on how many calories you are consuming. 10% fat. There is some fat in fruits, greens and veggies. The added fats would be the avocados, nuts, seeds. For 2000 calories if I remember right, I could eat 1/4 of an avocado a day and that would be enough. Hope that makes sense.

You are going to love the book.

Glad to hear you got the book. It’ll be VERY helpful.

Half an avocado should be good, as long as it’s not super huge. I usually eat 2 or 3 oz. of avocado on days when I have fat OR I’ll have 1 oz. of nuts instead. :o)
