    Hello Dashama!

I just joined the challenge, and although I’m not new to yoga, I decided to start with level 1 and I had a question about this version of sun salutation. How many rounds would you recommend, or is 1 round enough?

    Thanks!

    Hi Dashama,

I have a question…I received this in email as a day 1 video, but I sign up for level 1, never did yoga in my life before, this says at the top of the video level 2/3…am I suppose to do this as day 1 or not?
Looks mighty difficult for day one….
    Please advise

    thank you

Hi Dashama- i’ve been off the yoga radar for a while now, but have resolved to begin the 30 day challenge once again… Thank you as always for providing us with an excellant way to start my day! Big love, Will X

I fully agree with MarJing2010. But I’ve got 1 question: how should one develop such back flexibility? When you are not even close, that looks so challenging, nearly IMPOSSIBLE.

    Dear Dashama,

Thank very much for exposing us those excellent stuffs. For me this is one of best places to learn self yoga. I am sure you are going to be my motivation of yoga in my lifestyle.

Your teaching is so complete both in demonstrating the asanas correctly and also in giving the knowledge behind each asana.

Pliz keep spreading good message. I sincerely appreciate your effort.

    May God bless u

    Namaste,
    MarJing

i feel that men and women are both equal in hip mobility. it doesn’t matter if you start with left or right leg, just be sure to do both! blessings and light, dashama

Dashama there are any recomendations for men, since we have lower mobility in the hips?and is important to start with the right or the left leg?sometimes I just start with the harder (pain gluton :D)
