It sounds like you’ve got a good start to figuring things out. You just start chipping away at it, piece by piece, and you’ll have your life back! It’s like weeding a garden – you just keep plucking the weeds out, and if it grows back, you dig deeper for the root until it’s gone for good! I’m glad I can help – message any time! Sometimes, you just can’t shake a mood yourself.

WOw, I couldn’t put that thoughts in better words. I’ve started step one on trying to succeed in life. I assumed I have a fear of success and now, I’m getting help to try to figure out why. So, I can REALLY achieve the things I want in life 🙂 I loved your comment. I REALLY need to “hear” that from someone who’s been there. Thank you N! <3

we’ll be out of control. The opposite is true: when we allow ourselves to be happy, when we get rid of the “shoulds”, we naturally do things that take care of bodies and minds. We start living for TRUE happiness! Depression, for me, is now a sign that I’m believing something about my life that isn’t true and doesn’t contribute to my greater good – so then I start digging for what ideas need to change or be gotten rid of. It’s not always easy, but it HAS been helping me! Good luck!

Depression has played a big role in my life since adolescents, really, and I’ve only recently made some progress on it. My therapist emphasizes that depression and frustration are the result of believing something about reality that ISN’T TRUE: for example, believing that we should want something, be something, do something, that we don’t REALLY want, or that isn’t really true about reality. We worry that if we give up the idea of “should”, and stop feeling bad about what we REALLY want, (cont)

Yep. That reality does hit you in the face BIG TIME. I can hardly fit in my “fat” pants right now. Not good, not good. About this depression crap: You saw my video with trboh’s voice. HAPPINESS IS A DECISION. I know it is a lot more complicated than this. However, I have suffered from depression all my life. I learned you have to “fake it until you make it”. You have to work through it. Do your challenges. You will get motivated from doing. You will! 🙂

i totally understand being depressed. it’s a very selfish disease, and you describe it very well. *hug* i’m always here if you want to talk.
not giving up is the key, that makes you a winner!! 😀

Slumps… I guess I forgot about that word o,O How could I? U are right. We all go thru it but I hate going thru that because I like to see myself improve for the best. I’m taking one day and one step at a time. Thank you so much for the kind and wise words <3

I’d love to see video of you at boxing. 🙂 I have to say, everyone goes through these slumps. Especially after an exciting event like the meetup. Its like the slump after Christmas, the excitement builds and then its over. Successful people keep going through the slumps – you will be successful. 🙂

Thank you Ron. I’m trying to find my right mind set and get back on focus. Watching this video makes me feel a bit better but I just need to get back on focus. I need to find my right mind set. I hope the rest of this week gets better. Thank you for being there.

Thank you my dear. I’m so proud of you. You are doing very well. I can totally use a buddy right now. I don’t have a workout buddy. Mine used to be my trainer but we are not training right now 🙁
    Thank you Sessa.
