I have just started following Babaji’s Programmes. As a neutral person, I dont think people should be writing baseless and hurtful comments about anyone. Try to think if someone accused you or made hurtful comments how would you feel. I know that for some of you this would not make a difference(coz you are pathetic souls). This is for the people who would like to become a nice person. Comment about all the good things this man is telling and not the bad things.
Baba Ramdev is offering free programs for our health and well being. Any person who claims to be highly intelligent, need not follow him nor even look at the video. But need not pass hurting remarks. Only who can view his mother in a different angle can view such divine things differently. Gain maturity, then we won’t talk. Babaji, your service is invaluable to the whole community. God blessed us through you.
These days when every guy who does doing a 6 Month Yoga course starts to become a preacher and charges money this Baba gives free knowledge after dedicating his whole life for this.
He is a TRUE Guru and I follow him completely.

when exhaling, is it through mouth or nose?
